With the release of their new second single from the latest EP, the Belgian Jamaican Jazz Orchestra stays true to their roots while introducing a vintage, organic feel to their sound.
Under the innovative guidance of guitarist Wouter Rosseel, celebrated for his work with Pura Vida, Lee Scratch Perry, and The Congos, the Orchestra’s latest single, “Say Whut?!” is out today. This tune spotlights the trombone, opening with a powerful, groovy, and steady bassline. The guitar weaves in sweet riffs, supported by a horn section that sustains a funky, rebellious riff throughout the piece.
